So you're interested in tricking? You've probably just saw an awesome tricking video on YouTube set to a fast paced soundtrack and said to your self "that's what I want to be able to do". That's why your reading my article isn't it? Well, lets not jump the gun here. Your going to have to learn a few things before you start pulling back flip off your back porch.

The fundamentals

Muay Thai in Thailand

Like every other martial art tricking has basics that are crucial for you to know, so that you can be well balanced in the technique. But, there is something that sets tricking basics apart from the other martial arts. The basic are hard. Instead of starting you of as a white belt you go straight to the move that are of black belt skill. Try not to let this discourage you, if you have determination it'll be a walk in the park. The first six basic tricks are the hardest ones to learn. Once you've figured them out it tricking becomes second nature.

Tour in Smile Thailand Present Tricking Fundamentals

Just about every trick is a variation of the following six basic moves. These basic moves are the 540, 360 crescent, aerial, back flip, butterfly twist, and double leg. This makes tricking a double edged sword. It will take you a while to get good at tricking, and without determination you'll probably give up and walk a way. The good news is that once you've learned these moves you'll be an expert in no time. After these, the more difficult moves will be easy and lots more fun then learning the basics. Everything after the basic six is just adding spin, height, kicks, and combining moves or even just taking a new approach to the move. Even the hardest moves like the snapu-swipe is just the merging of a 540 variation (sideswipe) and a butterfly twist.
