Add galic and onion, season with salt and pepper and stir fry for 1 min until soft, then add carrot and stir fry for another min. Push all the vegetable one side of the wok then add eggs empty spot, then season with salt and pepper, scramble untill the egg is cooked.(1 to 2 min) Quickly mix all the vegetables ...
